In accordance with subparagraph 16) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations" and the order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 No. 249 "On approval of the list of utilities and Standard Rules for the provision of utilities", the Akimat of Karasai district DECIDES:
Approve the attached Rules for the provision of public services in the Karasay district.
2. To assign control over the implementation of this resolution to the deputy akim of the Karasay district A. Auesbay.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its official publication.
