Guided by Chapter 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011" On State Property", Articles 84, 85 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the letter of the State Institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Karasay district" dated May 20, 2021 No. 784, the akimat of Karasay district decides:
1. In order to implement the general plan of the village of Almalybak, approved by the decision of the Karasay district maslikhat No. 18-4 of August 17, 2017, the total area of the land plot with cadastral number 03-047-092-006, owned by Dyusembekov Medet Kudaibergenul, located at the address: Karasay district, d/s "Yubileynoye", No. 101: 0.0650 ha, is completely excluded from the property of the owner of the land plot in connection with the penetration of the territory from August 24, 2021.
2. Instruct the state institution "Department of Land Relations of the Karasai district" to notify the owners of land plots in writing about the forced alienation of land plots for state needs, including by purchase, within 3 calendar days from the date of publication of this resolution and to take other necessary measures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.the place of implementation of the procedure for approval by non-state legal entities with the owners of land plots is to determine the Karasay district, Shamalgan village, Zhibek Zholy Street, house No. 47.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the state institution "Department of Land Relations of the Karasai district". ауд
