Guided by Chapter 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011" on state property", articles 84, 85 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the letter No. 783 received from the state institution" Department of architecture and urban planning of Karasay district " on May 25, 2021, the akimat of Karasay district decides:
1. in order to implement the master plan of the city of Kaskelen, in accordance with the plan approved by the decision of the Karasay district maslikhat No. 51-4 dated January 09, 2020, a land plot located at the address: Karasay district, Kaskelen city, Almaty-Bishkek Highway, No. 140/1 is owned by LLP "construction market Barys-III" Cadastral number 03-056-016-803 total area of the land plot: 3,7710 ha for 1,200 seats compulsory alienation from the owner of the land plot for the placement of school construction for state needs, including through redemption, should begin on August 24, 2021.
2.instruct the state institution" Department of land relations of Karasay district " to notify the owners of land plots in writing within 3 calendar days from the date of legalization of this resolution and take other necessary measures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan about the withdrawal of land plots for state needs, including by compulsory alienation.
3.determine the place of implementation of the procedure for approval by non-state legal entities with the owners of land plots in Karasay district, Shamalgan village, Zhibek Zholy Street No. 47.
4.control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the state institution "Department of land relations of Karasay district".
