Karasai District Territorial Election Commission on the election of the akim of Umtyl rural district, scheduled for May 17, 2021, as of May 17, 2021
In the Karasai district, as of May 1, 2021, the number of electors is 25 deputies. In accordance with the Calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of the elections of the akim of Umtyl rural district, scheduled for May 17, 2021, the nomination of candidates began on April 17, 2021 and ended at 18.00 local time on April 22, 2021.
Based on the submission of the akim of the Karasai district for No. 79-01-10/1329 dated April 21, 2021, as of May 17, 2021, a total of 3 candidates for the akims of the Umtyl rural district were nominated.
On April 21, based on the submission of the akim of the Karasai district, applications were submitted from 3 candidates:
1. Kozhakhmetov Kuanysh Kuanovich-Deputy akim of Shamalgan rural district, registered at the address: Karasay district, Almalybak village, 100 Yubileynaya Street;
2. Kozhekeyev Alikhan Alimuly-chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the Karasay district, registered at the address: Karasay district, Kaskelen city, Karlygash microdistrict, house 147/2, apartment 36;
3. Umbetaliev Serik Kalizhanovich-Deputy akim of Irgelinsky rural district, registered at the address: Karasay district, Rayymbek village, Kolsay Street, house 21/2;
All candidates are checked by the District Territorial Election Commission for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution and the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
On May 2, 2021, in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", due to the fact that the candidates provided all the necessary documents for registration of candidates (submission of the district akim, statement of intent to run for the post of akim of the rural district, biographical data of candidates, certificates of submission of declarations of assets and obligations by the candidate and his spouse), 3 candidates for akims were registered – Kozhakhmetov K. K., Kozhekeev A. A., Umbetaliyev S. K.. Information about their registration was published on May 8, 2021 in the Karasay district newspaper "Zaman Zharshysy", and also posted on the website of the akimat of the Karasay district.
After the end of the registration period from May 02, the candidates conducted pre-election campaigning.
On May 14, a meeting of candidates with electors was held in the meeting hall of the district akimat.
On May 17, the total number of electors included in the lists – 25 deputies, took part in the vote – 21, the total number of candidates running-3.
The number of votes cast for the candidates for akims of the Umtyl rural district: Kozhakhmetov K. K.-2, Kozhekeev A. A.-0, Umbetaliyev S. K.-20.
On the basis of the decision of the Karasai district Territorial Election Commission, Serik Kalizhanovich Umbetaliev was elected and registered as the akim of the Umtyl rural district on May 17.
As of May 17, 2021, there were no complaints or appeals regarding the preparation and conduct of the elections.
