Guided by Chapter 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011" on state property", articles 84, 85 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the letter of the state institution" Department of architecture and urban planning of Karasay district " dated April 20, 2021 No. 621, the akimat of Karasay district decides:
Total area of land plot Cadastral number 03-047-636-1905, located in Koshmambet village, Zhambyl rural district, karasay district, Almaty region: 8.3932 ha, including 0.4000 ha for the construction of a school from the owner Murat Abdikerimovich Tyskanbayev to start on August 14, 2021, including through compulsory alienation of land for state needs.
To instruct the owners of land plots to notify in writing within 3 calendar days from the date of legalization of this resolution and to take other necessary measures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the withdrawal of land plots for state needs by the state institution" Department of land relations of karasay district " by compulsory alienation, including through redemption.
Determine the place of implementation of the procedure for approval by non-state legal entities with the owners of land plots in Karasay district, Shamalgan village, Zhibek Zholy Street No. 47.
