The state institution of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspectorate of the Karasai district" was allocated 242821.0 thousand tenge at the expense of the Republican budget, 37 746.0 thousand tenge at the expense of the Local budget for the implementation of measures to address the issues of settlement development in the implementation of measures to promote the economic development of regions under the State Program for the Development of Regions until 2020 under the budget program for 2019.
In this direction, the reconstruction and construction of the sewerage system in the village of Abay, Karasai district, Almaty region, was carried out through the public procurement portal using the "Open Competition" method of the Public Procurement Department for the Almaty region. For this object, a contract was concluded with the winner of the competition Limited Liability Partnership "Firm Elaman" BIN 980840003481 in the amount of 265,908. 7 thousand tenge. Work began in April 2018 and was completed in November 2019 according to the contract.
As of January 01, 2020, the allocated budget funds in this direction have been fully utilized.
