On the invalidation of the Resolution of the Karasai district Akimat No. 09-865 of September 28, 2015 "On Approval of the Procedure for the transportation of children living in remote settlements of the Karasai district In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 06, 2016 "On legal acts", Akimat of Karasay district DECIDES:

  1. To invalidate the resolution of the Akimat of the Karasai district" On approval of the procedure and schemes for the transportation of children living in remote settlements " dated September 28, 2015 No. 09-865 (registered in the Register of State Regulatory Legal Acts No. 3529, published on November 06, 2015 in the information and legal system "Adilet»)
  2. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the deputy akim of the district A. Nazarbayeva.
  3. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of the first official publication.
