In accordance with subparagraph 8-1) of paragraph 4 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "On Education", the Akimat of Karasai district DECIDES:
Approve the state educational order for preschool education and training, parental fees for the Karasai district according to the appendix.
Recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Karasay district "On approval of the state educational order for preschool education and training, the amount of parental fees for the Karasay district" dated February 15, 2018 No. 65 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory legal Acts No. 4542, published on March 30, 2018 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Control over execution of the present decision to assign to the Deputy akim of the district Nazarbayev Aizhan Nortilidine.
The present decision comes into force from the date of state registration in bodies of justice and shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
