In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 06, 2016 "On Legal Acts", the mayor office of the Karasay region
DECIDES:
- To recognize as invalid the resolution of the mayor office of the Karasay region "On approval of the and schemes for the transportation of children living in remote settlements" dated September 28, 2015 No. 09-865 (registered in the Register of state regulatory legal acts No. 3529, published on November 06, 2015 in information and legal system "adilet")
- 2.The control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the deputy mayor of the district Nazarbayeva A.
- This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of state registration with the justice authorities and shall enter into force on the day of its first official publication.
