The Ethics Commissioner conducted explanatory work

On 28.03.2022, in accordance with the plan approved in 2022 for further improvement of the activities of ethics commissioners, explanatory work was carried out in the office of the akim of the Energy Rural District with the participation of civil servants in connection with the amendment of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22.02.2022 No. 814 dated December 29, 2015 No. 153. The Ethics Commissioner of the Ili district Azamat Serikovich Zhandosov noted that the purpose of introducing amendments and additions is to improve the norms of legislation on the consideration of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants and their compliance with official ethics.
In addition, he called on civil servants to adhere to the moral and ethical norms adopted outside of office hours, to prevent cases of antisocial behavior, including in public places, degrading human dignity and public morality, to serve with dignity and to constantly keep ethical principles in the spotlight.
