Reconstruction, construction and operation of the water supply system of Kainar village in Karasay district of Almaty region

State institution "Management of energy and housing economy Almaty region" announces the start of the competition on definition of private partner under a public-private partnership for the implementation of the project "Reconstruction, construction and operation of the water system of the village Kainar Karasai district of Almaty region" and invited potential private partners to participate in the contest.

The goal of the project is to Provide the population of Kainar village in Karasay district (as well as the nearby villages of Bekbolat and Sauynshy) with clean drinking water.

Field of activity: housing and communal services.

Main parameters and requirements of the PPP project:

1) carrying out construction and installation works provided for in the design and estimate documentation;

2) Operation of facility;

3) Compliance with the qualification requirements established by article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27.12.2017 "on public-private partnership»;

4) Provision of tender documentation in accordance with the requirements set out in clauses 88-89, 96, 99 of the Rules for planning and implementing public-private partnership projects.

Estimated sources of cost recovery and revenue generation: Compensation for investment costs, revenue from the provision of services.

The contest is open to all potential participants that meet the qualification requirements specified in article 32 of the Law of RK "On state-private partnership" and the tender documentation.

Competition documentation is provided free of charge. Applications for participation in the competition, as well as documents for the qualification selection, sealed in envelopes, are submitted by potential participants on purpose to the specified address.

The deadline for submitting documents confirming the compliance of a potential private partner with the qualification requirements is 18.00 hours inclusive, February 20, 2019.

The deadline for submitting bids for participation in the competition is 09: 30 on March 11, 2019.
