Separate collection of solid waste

The test launch covered 25 departments and departments located in 4 buildings, including the mayor's Office of Almaty region, the mayor's Office of Taldykorgan, The Department of energy and housing, The Department of coordination of employment and social programs, the Department of agriculture and many others, as well as 5 schools (NIS, BIL, 15, 20, 24).

Eugene Mukhamedzhanov, the founder of ECO Network, made a General presentation for all departments, who shared the overall environmental situation in the country and the importance of separate waste collection.

After the General presentation, experts and eco-trainers from ECO Network implemented the Green office project in public institutions and schools for two days. We have received requests from private companies to join the project.

The high quality of waste sorting by employees of organizations was noted. We are sure that this is the beginning of a long road to create a common awareness of the population, culture and correct values, both for the adult population and the younger generation.
