About acceptance of documents from the waiting lists of the Almaty region Akimat for the "ASYL Arman" PT
JSC "real estate Fund" Samruk-Kazyna " in accordance with the letter of the Akimat of Almaty region (hereinafter-MIO) from June 26, 2015 no. 02-26/6257/5117, and The resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28 June 2014 No. 728 On approval of the Program of regional development up to 2020 announces the beginning of acceptance of documents from the LGA waitlisted applying for the purchase of residential premises in the residential complex "ASYL Arman" (2nd stage), according to the approved Housing Commission m & e lists (protocols №1, №2 dated 16 June 2015).

List of documents required for submission to FN Management LLP:
Originals and copies of the identity cards of the Applicant, co-Applicant (s) and their family members who will live together with them.
Original certificate of absence (presence) of real estate of an individual.
Original and copy of the marriage certificate, divorce certificate, and death certificate of the spouse (if there is a spouse).
Originals and copies of birth certificates of children (if there are children).
The original of the Official Bank form with the calculation of the Applicant's MSAP (in the case of distribution of residential premises through the mechanism of rent-to-buy).
A notarized statement that the Applicant and co-Applicant (s) are not married (if the Applicant is not married at the time of submitting the application form for the allocation of premises).
Original and copy of the birth certificate of adult family members
The applicant to confirm the degree of kinship.
Original certificate from the STB about the availability of funds from the Applicant and family members to confirm the intention to make the initial payment (in case of making the initial payment).
Original power of attorney from the Applicant to provide documents (if necessary).
Note:
The original documents specified in paragraphs 1, 3, 4, 7 of this Annex are returned to the Applicant after checking them with a copy of the document.
The power of attorney specified in paragraph 9 of the non-present Annex is provided if a third party acts on behalf of the Applicant.
The management company reserves the right to request additional documents if necessary.
Basic conditions: According to Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 28, 2014 No. 728 "on approval of the regional development Program until 2020" JSC "real estate Fund" Samruk-Kazyna " has the right to refuse an individual from the pool of m & A in the distribution of residential premises in the following cases:
Insufficient solvency to pay monthly rental payments;
Failure to pay the required amount of the guarantee fee when entering into a lease agreement with the purchase or the amount of funds required for entering into a purchase agreement;
Failure to submit the required documents within 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of approval of the waiting lists by The housing Commission of the MIO (until July 27, 2015 inclusive).
