Akimats of districts and cities of Almaty region within the framework of the regional development Program until 2020 are accepting applications from persons registered in local Executive bodies who need housing from the state housing Fund.

In the suburbs of Almaty in the residential complex "Assyl Arman" 55 apartments are offered for rent with purchase to waiting lists in the following categories:

- married for at least 3 years, with children (child), and both spouses are under 35 years of age (at the time of applying for participation in the Program), as well as an incomplete family where the children (child) are raised by one of the parents who has not reached the age of 35 years, including divorced and widows;

- waiting lists of local Executive bodies of the category of large families, single-parent families, families with or raising disabled children, orphans, children left without parental care, oralmans and civil servants, military personnel, employees of special state bodies, employees of budget organizations.
