Visit Center Issyk to be built in Almaty region

Today, during the meeting of the akim of Almaty region with the population of Enbekshikazakh district, it became known that a visit center will be built in the district soon.

Enbekshikazakh district has a high tourist potential. There are more tourists every year. Therefore, it is necessary to create all comfortable conditions for them.

By the way, there are 15 placements in the district, where more than 12.5 thousand visitors were served last year, which is 2 times more than in 2020. Two years ago, this figure was 6.2 thousand people.

- The volume of tourist and wellness services provided has increased by 3 times compared to 2020. The number of tourists is increasing, because there are many beautiful places here. Starting from the bear waterfall to the Issyk mounds. It is necessary to organize appropriate work to expand the tourist potential of the district, Marat Sultangaziev stressed.

At the end, the Akim of Almaty region instructed the responsible persons to make proposals for the construction of the Issyk Visitor Center within the framework of the Government's Action Program in order to popularize it among Kazakhstanis and foreign guests and take special control over the completion of construction and reconstruction of all planned facilities in due time.
