Public control of openness and accessibility of state bodies in the provision of public services

According to the approved schedule of working visits of the interdepartmental commission for the consideration of problematic issues and shortcomings that arose during the provision of public services in the Enbekshikazakh district on June 16 of this year, members of the Interdepartmental Commission of the akimat of the district, consisting of the chairman of the Council of veterans of the Enbekshikazakh district Uzakov Tleules Duisebayevich, conducted public monitoring of the office of the akim of the Shelek rural district in order to improve the quality of public services, including the creation of a "barrier-free environment" when receiving public services.

The building of the office of the akim of the Shelek rural district is almost completely adapted for visiting it by persons with special needs when they receive public services.

All the necessary conditions have been created in the "Open space" format for residents and guests to receive electronic public services comfortably. A "children's corner" is organized for children.

The akim of the district was instructed to lay budget funds for the installation of a canopy from precipitation over the ramp.

The execution of these orders will be monitored by means of post control.
