Public control of the availability of public services

According to the approved schedule of working visits of the interdepartmental commission to consider problematic issues and shortcomings that arose during the provision of public services in the Enbekshikazakh district on March 16 of this year, members of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Akimat of the district conducted public monitoring of the akims of Bolek and Avat rural districts in order to improve the quality of public services, including the creation of a "barrier-free environment" when receiving public services.

As a result of the working trip, violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and the provision of public services were revealed (the absence of an emergency evacuation scheme for the hard of hearing and deaf, as well as wheelchair users, visually impaired persons, ramps do not meet the established standards).

For all identified violations, service providers have been given appropriate recommendations and a deadline for their execution.
