In accordance with paragraph 2 of the Procedure for Organizing and Holding Peaceful Assemblies of Chapter 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Procedure for Organizing and Holding Peaceful Assemblies in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated May 25, 2020 No. 333-VI ZRK, a notification on holding peaceful assemblies or an application for approval must be submitted to the local executive body and a picketing, a meeting specified in paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the above-mentioned law, notification of peaceful assemblies in the form of a rally must be submitted to the local executive body no later than five working days before the date of the meeting on paper or in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature.
