Now residents of Almaty can receive socially significant services in the "House of Social Services", which is located at Dostyk Ave./Abay 1.

Akim of the city Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted at the opening of the House that social development and support of citizens is a priority and strategic task of the Akimat of Almaty, and the goal of this project is to make Almaty a city of equal opportunities - an inclusive human-centered city.

Within the framework of this project, it is planned to cover about 124 thousand people with social support this year, among whom people with musculoskeletal disorders will be able to freely visit the House. The building is equipped with a modern lifting device and a spacious operating room on the ground floor.

Along with other 776 services, UAPF pension services are also available here, including:

1) consulting and explanatory services on the functioning of the accumulative pension system in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) registration of an application for changing/supplementing the details of consumers of pension services of the UAPF;

3) execution of an agreement on changing (determining) the method of informing;

4) issuance of statements from individual pension accounts of depositors/recipients;

5) issuance of a copy/new version of the application for opening individual pension accounts;

6) processing of applications for payment, in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

All services are provided on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 with a break from 13:00 to 14:00.
