The procedure for rendering the state service "Queuing for obtaining a land plot" by the office of the akim of the Malybay rural district

In accordance with the Rules for the provision of the state service "Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot", approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 301 dated October 01, 2020, the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Malybai Rural District" (hereinafter referred to as the service provider) is provided.

To receive a public service, individuals (hereinafter referred to as the service recipient) through the office of the service provider send:

1) an application for placing on the queue for obtaining a land plot in the form according to Annex 1 to these Rules;

2) an identity document (for identification of the person);

Confirmation of the acceptance of the application on paper in the office of the service provider is a mark on its copy of registration indicating the date, time (hours, minutes)

The form of public service provision is paper.

The service delivery period is 12 (twelve) working days.

The result of the provision of public services: Notification of the registration of an application for special registration, or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide a public service.

The amount of payment charged to the service recipient for the provision of public services, and the methods of its collection in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: free of charge

Grounds for refusal to provide public services, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving the state service, and (or) the data (information) contained in them;
2) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by parts eleven and twelve of paragraph 8 of Article 44-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003.

The service provider's work schedule is from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays according to The Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 (hereinafter-the Code)
