About the procedure for obtaining the state service "Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments"

Methods of providing public services (access channels):

office of the service provider;

e-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).

The term of rendering the state service: 5 (five) working days.

The form of rendering public services: free of charge in electronic and (or) paper form.

The result of the provision of public services: The decision of the service provider to grant the right of private ownership to the land plot, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.

Work schedule:

1) service provider – from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 (hereinafter-the Code);

2) the portal-around the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays according to the Code, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).

The list of documents required for the provision of public services:

to the service provider:

1) application for the sale of a land plot to private ownership;

2) identity document (for identification of the person);

3) a copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot;

To the portal:

application for the sale of a land plot to private ownership in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of the service recipient;

an electronic copy of the act of the cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot.

Grounds for refusal to provide public services, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Еstablishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving the state service, and (or) the data (information) contained in them;

non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by part six of paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003.
