About the procedure for obtaining the state service "Queuing for obtaining a land plot"

This service is provided by local executive bodies of regions, cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, districts, cities of regional significance, cities of district significance, akims of a village, village, rural district.

Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through:
1) the office of the service provider;
2) e-government web portal www.egov.kz.

The term of rendering the state service: 12 (twelve) working days.

It is provided free of charge in electronic and paper form.

When the service recipient applies to the office of the service provider:

application for placing on the queue for obtaining a land plot in the form;
identity document (for identification of the person);

to the portal:

an application for queuing for receiving a land plot in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of the service recipient.
