Public reception of citizens on the quality of public services in the" service akimat " of the Enbekshikazakh district

Since the beginning of August this year, at the initiative of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs of the Almaty region, in order to improve the quality of public services, a public reception on the quality of public services was held in the service akimat of the Enbekshikazakh district, held within the framework of the concept of a "Hearing state".

The reception was conducted by the heads of the district departments of land relations, architecture and urban planning, together with members of the district interdepartmental commission.

During the reception, consultations and answers to all the questions of the residents of the district were given, and the recommendations made on the quality of public services were taken into account.
