The procedure for the provision of public services "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)" in the state institution "Office of the akim of the Karaturyk rural district"

The state service is provided free of charge to individuals and legal entities through the Office of the akim of the Karaturyk rural district.

In accordance with the rules defining the procedure for the provision of public services "acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership,which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)", it is necessary to submit an application through the "e –government web portal" (hereinafter-the portal).

To receive public services, individuals and legal entities provide the service provider through the portal:

Stage 1: application; scheme of the requested land plot.

Stage 2: approved land management project.

The service provider provides a public service in two stages:

Stage 1: determination of the possibility of using the requested land plot for the stated purpose, preparation of the act of choosing the land plot, issuance of the conclusion of the Land Commission within 12 working days.

Stage 2: within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the decision on granting the lease right to the land plot, the approved land management project.

The result of the provision of a public service, the decision of the service provider to grant the right to lease a land plot, or the conclusion of the land commission on a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.

If the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law on Holidays, the application is accepted and the results of the provision of public services are issued on the next working day.
