The problem of corruption in modern conditions has become a global problem. It is inherent in all countries, regardless of their political and economic development, and differs only in scale.
The fight against corruption in Kazakhstan has been identified as one of the main priorities of state policy.
The concept of " corruption "is often associated with the concept of"public service" among our citizens. It is no accident that the fight against corruption in Kazakhstan is put on the state-political level and is controlled directly by the Head of State.
To combat corruption in the republic, a legislative framework has been formed, namely the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On additional measures to strengthen the fight against crime and corruption and further improve law enforcement activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and D. R.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" is aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, ensuring national security from threats arising from the manifestation of corruption, ensuring the effective operation of state bodies, officials and other persons performing state functions, as well as persons equated to them, by preventing, detecting and suppressing and disclosing offenses related to corruption, as well as the conditions for liability.
For Kazakhstan, overcoming corruption is one of the main directions of state policy, the priority of which is clearly indicated by the Head of State, Nursultan Nazarbayev.
In our country, all state bodies are fighting corruption.
The State Revenue Department is constantly carrying out certain organizational and practical work to combat corruption. Employees actively speak with explanations of laws, publications on topical topics. Serious attention is paid to the selection, placement and education of personnel.
The department regularly conducts classes on the study of current legislation, as well as seminars on the norms of anti-corruption legislation.
Undoubtedly, corruption is a big complex problem that the entire society as a whole must fight.
