Ethics and norms of behavior of a civil servant

The Head of State noted in the strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" that "the highest ethics and professionalism is the key criterion for creating an effective state apparatus."

Today, issues of ethics and behavior of civil servants are given more importance. The integrity of the image of a civil servant is based on the manifestation of high professional and personal competencies, moral qualities and ethical behavior.

In addition, a civil servant is called upon to resist actions that harm the interests of the state and the rights of citizens, to comply with the restrictions established by law.

A civil servant must comply with the principles of ethical behavior in everyday life, provide public services efficiently and professionally, and treat service recipients with respect and goodwill.
