About the procedure for rendering the state service "Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the limits of a settlement", including through the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz.
The state service is provided by local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts and cities of regional significance, akims of a city of district significance, a settlement, a village, a rural district (hereinafter referred to as the service provider).

The list of documents required for the provision of public services: The first stage:
1) an application for the provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement in the form of an electronic document certified by the electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
2) an electronic copy of the layout of the land plot.
The second stage: the final agreed act of choice.
The term of rendering the state service: The first stage: production of the act of choosing a land plot with its situational scheme, architectural and planning task - within 28 (twenty-eight) working days.
The second stage: when approving the final act of selection and payment for the services of land cadastral works by the service recipient, making a decision on granting the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land cadastral plan-within 18 (eighteen) working days.
The form of public service provision: Electronic.
The result of the provision of public services: The decision of the service provider to grant the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land cadastral plan, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
Work schedule: The portal – around the clock, except for technical breaks due to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays according to According to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).

1) the Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan: www.gov.kz;
2) on the portal.
Other requirements, taking into account the specifics of the provision of public services, including those provided in electronic form: The service recipient has the opportunity to receive information about the procedure and status of the provision of public services in remote access mode through the portal's "personal account", as well as a single contact center.
