Results of public control on the creation of a "barrier-free environment" in the provision of public services for the 1st half of 2021

During the reporting period of 2021, according to the approved schedule, the interdepartmental commission of the district visited 16 state bodies of the district akimat.

As a result of working trips, 47 violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and the provision of public services were revealed (the lack of ramps that meet the established standards, conditions for visually impaired and blind people are not created).

Currently, 27 recommendations have been implemented: the parking lot for people with special needs is marked with contrasting lines, stands for blind and visually impaired service recipients are posted (including a tactile sign with the name and schedule of the state agency in Braille), ramps are put in order in accordance with established standards. 20 recommendations are being implemented.

In the future, the implementation of the recommendations made will be checked by the post-control method of the interdepartmental commission.
