Ways to provide public services: E-government web portal www.egov.kz.

Term of public service provision:

The first stage: production of the act of selection of the land plot with its situational scheme, architectural and planning task-within 28 (twenty-eight) working days.

The second stage: when approving the final act of selection and payment for the services of land and cadastral works by the service recipient, making a decision on granting the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land and cadastral plan-within 18 (eighteen) working days.

This service is provided in electronic form.

The result of the provision of the state service: The decision of the service provider to grant the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land cadastre plan, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide the state service.

The amount of payment charged to the service recipient for the provision of public services, and the methods of its collection in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: The cost of public services is calculated in accordance with paragraph 28, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2016 No. 87 "On Approval of Prices for Goods (Works, Services), produced and (or) sold by the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 13353).

Payment for the cost of public services is carried out in cash and non-cash form through second-tier banks and organizations that carry out certain types of banking operations, as well as in non-cash form through the payment gateway of the "electronic government".

The production of a land cadastre plan for a land plot for orphans and children left without parental care for the period up to the age of eighteen is carried out free of charge.

The list of documents required for the provision of public services: an application for the provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a locality in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of the service recipient;

2) an electronic copy of the layout of the land plot.
The second stage: the final agreed act of selection.
