The office of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district notifies about the procedure for rendering the state service "Issuing a decision for carrying out a complex of works on postutilization of objects (demolition of buildings)" through the web portal of the "electronic government" www.egov.kz (hereinafter-the portal).

Required documents for the portal: application form in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules of Public Services, certified by the EDS of the service recipient;
- in the case of demolition of the object by contract, an electronic copy of the contract for contract work is provided;
- if the property has several owners, it is necessary to provide an electronic copy of the notarized written consent of the other owners of the property to carry out a complex of works on postutilization (demolition of buildings) and its parameters;
- if the complex of works on the demolition of buildings affects the interests of the adjacent owners of the premises (parts of the house), it is necessary to provide an electronic copy of the notarized written consent of the adjacent owners of the premises (parts of the house);
- a copy of the expert opinion on the technical survey of the reliability and stability of buildings and structures issued by an expert who has the appropriate certificate for the right to carry out a technical survey of the reliability and stability of buildings and structures, or by an accredited organization that has certified experts in its composition;
- an electronic copy of the PPR (not required for the objects specified in paragraph 1 of Article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2001 "On Architectural, Urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan")/design (design and estimate) documentation;
- in case of recognition of an apartment building as an emergency, an electronic copy of the relevant conclusion on the demolition of the interdepartmental commission established by the local executive body in accordance with Annex A of the Methodological Recommendation on the Demolition of emergency apartment buildings approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Construction and Housing and Communal Services dated December 29, 2012 No. 795.

Terms of rendering services: 1) from the date of delivery of the package of documents for carrying out a complex of works on the postutilization of objects (demolition of buildings) of technically and (or) technologically simple objects to the service provider and when contacting the portal – 5 (five) working days;
2) from the date of delivery of the package of documents for carrying out a complex of works on the postutilization of objects (demolition of buildings) of technically and (or) technologically complex objects to the service provider and when contacting the portal – 10 (ten) working days.

The result of the provision: A decision to demolish or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide a public service in the cases and on the grounds provided for in column 9 of this standard of public services.
When the service recipient applies through the portal, the result of the provision of the state service is sent to the service recipient in the "personal account" in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as the EDS) of the authorized person of the service provider.

Working hours: The Office of the Akim of the Enbekshikazakh district - from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.
