Now residents of the city of Almaty can receive socially significant services in the "House of Social Services", which is located at Dostyk Ave./Abaya 1.

Along with other 776 services, UAPF pension services are also available here, including:
1) consulting and explanatory services on the functioning of the funded pension system in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) registration of an application for changing / supplementing the details of consumers of pension services of the UAPF;
3) execution of an agreement on changing (determining) the method of informing;
4) issuing statements from individual pension accounts of depositors/recipients;
5) issue of a copy/new version of the application for opening individual pension accounts;
6) processing of applications for payment, in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

All services are available on weekdays from 9: 00 to 18:00 hours with a break from 13:00 to 14: 00 hours.
