How to get the state service "Sale of a land plot in private ownership at a time or in installments"?

The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Saimasai rural district for individuals and legal entities free of charge.

To obtain a decision on the sale of a land plot in private ownership at a time or in installments outside the locality, you must submit an application through the office of the service provider or through the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz (hereinafter-the portal).

List of required documents: to the service provider:
- application for sale to private ownership of the land plot;
- an identity document (for identification purposes);
- a copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot;
to the portal:
- an application for the sale of a land plot to private ownership in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
- an electronic copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot.

The term of rendering the state service is 5 working days.

The result of the provision of a public service is a decision to grant the right of private ownership of a land plot or a reasoned refusal.

Work schedule:

Office of the akim of the Saimasai rural district - from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.

Portal-around the clock, with the exception of technical breaks in connection with the repair work (if the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, according to the Code, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).
