The term of rendering a public service: from the moment of contacting the service provider, the State Corporation, or the portal – 30 minutes.

Form of public service provision: provided free of charge in electronic and (or) paper form.

The result of the provision of a public service: a notification about the placement in the queue or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide a public service on the grounds.
