[07:32, 11.05.2021] Dinara Press Service: March 30, 2021 in the automated information system of the State Land Cadastre (AIS GZK) The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, there was a technical failure, due to which the provision of several public services became unavailable.
Currently on the eGov portal.kz the following services are not available: "Production and issuance of certificates for land plots", "Determination of the cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot", "Approval of the projected land plot with the graphic data of the AIS GZK", "Provision of information on the quality condition of the land plot", "Provision of information from the state land cadastre".
In order to receive services, customers need to contact the PSC at the location of the land plot. As soon as the modification process of the GPC AIS service is completed, the land cadastre services will be available again via eGov.kz. At the time of the modification, all public services under the land cadastre will be provided through Public Service Centers.

If you are a home owner, you have the opportunity to remove a citizen registered with you from permanent or temporary registration. There are two ways to do this: ⠀

Through the portal Egov.kz:⠀
⠀
1. Log in to the Egov portal.kz;⠀
2. Search through the search engine for the service "De-registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan";⠀
3. Request the service online;⠀
4. Confirm the address data;⠀
5. Select from the list of registered users the person you want to remove from registration;⠀
6. Use the digital signature to sign the application;⠀
7. The results of the service will be displayed in the personal account of the portal. ⠀

If there are co-owners of housing-they must confirm your actions in your personal account; ⠀

Via the PSC:⠀
1. Book an online queue at the PSC, and come 20 minutes before the scheduled time;⠀
2. Write an application for the service from the operator, specifying the IIN of the person being discharged;⠀
3. After five minutes, the person will be removed from the registration. ⠀
