Deputy Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty region Dauren Onalbayev said that the project will minimize the risks of spreading the virus and will allow to continue its activities during the quarantine period.

Using the application allows the business object to work regardless of restrictive measures and even in lockdown conditions. The project allows using a QR code and integration with a common PCR database to determine the status of a visitor: whether he is a carrier of the virus or not. At the entrance, a person will be scanned with a QR code to determine his status, and depending on the color, and they will indicate the status of the visitor – to launch or not to let him into the institution.

"Cafe" Fortuna " became the first object among the business entities of the city of Taldykorgan to use the mobile application "Ashyq". The test visit showed that the system is very easy to use both for the business object and for the visitors of the institution. Currently, the city has received 17 applications from business entities to participate in the "Ashyq"project. Applications for participation for all new participants are submitted via the infokazakhstan website.kz with the exception of cinemas, public catering facilities, organizations of additional education, which apply through the industry association, " Dauren Onalbayev said.

Visitors also need to download the mobile application "Ashyq" in the App Store and Play Market on their phone, log in by phone number, enter the IIN and scan the QR code of the institution to register their visit. If the visitor does not have a smartphone or there are difficulties when downloading this mobile application, the responsible person-an employee of the institution is given a role in the application, with which he can record the visitor's entry by entering his IIN.
At the same time, the business itself sees only the client's status: green, blue, yellow or red. He doesn't see any more data about the person. Currently, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty region is working with the business community and forming lists of those who want to participate in the project.
