Pilot project for the registration of accompanying invoices for goods (SNT).

On the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since December 31, 2020, a Pilot project on the registration of SNT for the import of goods into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of the EAEU countries and the export of goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the territory of the EAEU is being implemented.

When importing goods from the territory of the EAEU countries, the recipient must issue a SNT before crossing the State border. In the presence of registration of the SNT, there is no need to scan the accompanying documents. In the absence of a SNT, monitoring of the movement of goods will be carried out using navigation seals.

When exporting goods to the territory of the EAEU countries, the supplier must issue a SNT before crossing the State border. In the presence of a registered SNT, there is no need to scan the accompanying documents.

The pilot project does not apply to transit movements between the EAEU countries through the Republic of Kazakhstan.
