In accordance with Articles 43-1, 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the akimat of the Uyghur district announces a tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting agricultural or agricultural production.
Acceptance of documents with competitive applications are accepted from 09.00 hours on April 12, 2021 to 18.00 hours on April 30, 2021
The competition will be held at 15: 00 on May 04, 2021, in the building of the Uyghur district Akimat at the address: 73, Rajibayev str., Chunjinsky village

application for participation in the competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production must contain:
1) for non-state legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the name of the legal entity, its location, information on state registration (re-registration) as a legal entity, information about the managers and participants or shareholders of the applicant-legal entity, indicating the size of their share in the authorized capital (of the total amount of the authorized capital), information about the applicant's affiliates;
2) for individuals – the surname, first name and patronymic (if it is specified in the identity document) of the applicant, place of residence, citizenship, individual identification number, information about the identity document of the applicant;
3) the location of the land plot claimed by the applicant;
4) competitive offer;
5) the obligation to conclude a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot for farming or farming or agricultural production within three working days from the date of receipt of the notification of the need to sign this contract if the applicant is recognized as the winner of the competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production.
An application for participation in the tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production may be submitted by authorized representatives of an individual or a non-state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of a power of attorney issued and executed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The tender offer must contain:
1) business plan (projected investment volume, area of cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of agricultural animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) obligations for the preparation and development of the project of on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
4) the obligation to conclude a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot for farming or farming or agricultural production within three working days from the date of receipt of the notification of the need to sign this contract if the applicant is recognized as the winner of the competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production.
The tender offer is submitted by the bidder in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in a stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the signature of the bidder-for individuals (or a trusted person) and the signature of the first manager (or a trusted person) and the seal (if any) – for legal entities, except in cases of its submission through the web portal "electronic government".
In the application and on the tender offer there should be no inserts between lines, subtractions or attributions, except for those cases when the participant needs to correct grammatical or arithmetic errors.
In the closed envelope of the tender offer, the inscription "Competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production" and "Do not open until: "___" _______ years" (specify the exact date).
An application for participation in the competition that does not meet the requirements of paragraph 9 of Article 43-1 of the Land Code is subject to rejection.
An application for participation in a tender for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production, which does not meet the requirements of paragraph 9 of this Article, is subject to rejection.
The Participant may change or withdraw their application before the deadline for submission of applications. The change is prepared, sealed, and submitted in the same way as the application itself. Such change or notification of withdrawal is valid if it is received by the local executive bodies of districts, cities of regional significance before the deadline for submitting applications.
No changes are allowed to be made to the application form on the day following the deadline for submitting applications.
On the next day, after the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition, the results of the competition are summed up by the land commission by opening the received closed envelopes (without the participation of the participants of the competition).
