How to get the state service "Determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots"?

The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Enbekshikazakh district for individuals and legal entities free of charge.

To obtain a definition of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots, you must submit an application through the office of the Mayor of the Enbekshikazakh district.

List of required documents:

- application for determining the divisibility and indivisibility of the land plot;
- the scheme of the division of the land plot, indicating the size of the divided parts of the land plot and the existing buildings;
- a copy of the identification document for the land plot.

The term of rendering of the state service is 15 calendar days.

The result of the provision of a public service is a letter about the determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots, or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide a public service.

Work schedule:

Office of the district akim – from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2001 "On holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan»
