On the basis of paragraph 5 of article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2001, No. 142 "On noncommercial organizations": the non-governmental organizations established in the form of private companies, public enterprises (with the exception of public associations created in the form of political parties, religious associations and trade unions), a non-profit joint stock companies (except non-profit joint stock companies, a founder or shareholder of which is the state), public, corporate and private funds, associations of legal entities in the form of an association( union), as well as branches and representative offices of foreign and international non-profit organizations operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are recommended to fill out the electronic reporting form on the web portal in a timely manner infonpo.kz

In this regard, for the transfer of information infonpo. kz. on the web portal in the form of electronic reporting (via electronic digital signature), by mail or on purpose on paper and electronic media (CD-disks or USB-flash drives in DOC, DOCX format) for citizens who are unable to submit to the Internet.
