About the procedure for obtaining the state service " Providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas"
This service is provided by the office of the akim of the village, village, rural district.
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through:
1) the office of the service provider;
2) non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation" Government for Citizens"
3) e-government web portal www.egov.kz.
Term of public service provision:
from the moment of delivery of the documents to the service provider, to the State Corporation, as well as when contacting the portal – 5 (five) working days.
it is provided free of charge in electronic and paper form
List of documents:
When contacting the service provider and the State Corporation:
1) application form;
2) the identity document of the service recipient (required for identification of the individual);
3) a copy of the birth certificate of the child (children), in the absence of information in the information system "Registration Point of the Civil Registry Office" or born outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) a certificate from the place of study in the form according to the annex to this standard of public services.
The documents are submitted in their originals for verification, after which the originals are returned to the service recipient;
to the portal:
1) an application in the form of an electronic document signed by the service recipient's EDS or certified with a one-time password, in the case of registration and connection of the service recipient's subscriber number provided by the mobile operator to the portal account;
2) an electronic copy of the certificate from the place of study in the form according to the annex to this standard of public services.
