Webinar on the quality of public services

On February 19, this year, the office of the Akim of the Enbekshikazakh district held a Webinar on the quality of public services through the ZOOM software.

The Webinar was attended by persons responsible for conducting internal control over the quality of public services and compiling reports of the district akim's office, the offices of the akims of rural districts and the city of Esik, and district departments.

The results of the work of the local executive bodies of the akimat of Enbekshikazakh district to improve the quality of public services and transfer public services to electronic format for 2020, as well as the results of public monitoring in the field of public services for 2020, conducted by the Center for Applied Research "Talap", were discussed.
