PUTTING ON THE QUEUE FOR RECEIVING A LAND PLOT

You, as a citizen of Kazakhstan, should know that you can get a land plot for individual housing construction for free. The land plot is provided for private ownership in the amount of 0.10 hectares (10 acres).

Where and with what documents to apply

An application in any form for the provision of a land plot for housing and communal services must be filled out in the akimat. You must also have the original and a copy of your identity document with you.

The term of consideration

The Akimat sends the documents to the authorized body for land relations and architecture to determine the possibility of using the requested land plot. The review period is up to 10 working days.

Then, within 2 working days, it is sent to the land commission for consideration.

In the absence of prepared sites for allotment, the application is taken into special account on the basis of the conclusion of the commission provided for in paragraph 13 of these Rules "On approval of the Rules for granting rights to land plots for individual housing construction" within five working days., i.e. put in the queue.

Then, within 2 working days, a notification is issued indicating the queue number in the general list. When ready-made sites appear, you will be notified of the need to submit an application within a month from the date of the site's readiness.

Information about the preparation of sites for allotment and priority lists for obtaining a land plot are open and posted on the websites of akimats and (or) by publishing in local media.
