Public discussion of the report of the activity of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Kirbaltabay Rural District" on the provision of public services for 2020

15 Feb 2021 hosted a public discussion of the report of activities of GU "Apparat of akim of the rural district Kirbaltabay" on issues of rendering of the state services for 2020 with the participation of the rural.

Conducting public discussions of reports on activities in the field of public services is aimed at informing the public about the measures taken and planned by local executive bodies that regulate the provision of public services.

Public discussions are also designed to ensure the implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency of service providers, the quality and accessibility of public services, continuous improvement of the delivery of public services, efficiency and effectiveness of their delivery.

In the course of public discussion of the report of activities for the provision of public services questions were raised in the number of public services, the most popular public services, working with customers, and the satisfaction of service quality of public services.

Following the results of the public discussion of the activity report, the following decisions were made: to take note of the activity report on the provision of public services, to assess the work done as satisfactory.
