A meeting of the National Commission for the Implementation of the program for the Modernization of Public Consciousness was held

A meeting of the National Commission for the Implementation of the program for the Modernization of Public Consciousness under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held under the chairmanship of the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Krymbek Kusherbayev. During the meeting, which was held in the format of a video conference, the current results of the program implementation were discussed and priority areas for further work were identified.

Opening the meeting, Krymbek Kusherbayev noted that the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his program article "Independence above all" outlined the value guidelines for the further development of the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program, initiated by the First President – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev. Firstly, it is the protection and respect of the sacred values of our Independence, and secondly, a clear state position on topical issues of social development.

The Secretary of State stressed that in the context of modern risks and challenges of globalization, the Ruhani Zhangyru program is the most important reference point for the development of human capital and a mechanism for building a new ideological agenda for our society.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov, in 2020, as part of the implementation of the Action Plan of the Rukhani Zhangyru program, more than 30,000 events were held, which covered about 8 million people. New value-based approaches and mechanisms for implementing the Program made it possible to expand the activities in three main areas: "Personal development", "National identity and raising the international status", "Development of the state, civil society and local community". Four new special projects have been implemented: "Unem-kogam kuaty"," Dastur men guryp"," Kukyktyk madeniyet "and"Enbek – eldin muraty".

Within the framework of the special project "Tugan Zher" last year, domestic patrons invested about 10 billion tenge in the development of key regional infrastructure facilities, built 537 and reconstructed 445 socially significant facilities.

The participants of the meeting were also presented with a special Roadmap for the implementation of the Program for the Modernization of Public Consciousness.

At the meeting was a famous scientist, doctor of historical Sciences, Professor of Talas Omarbekov, Chairman of the Board of the NAO "State center for support of national cinema" asetian kozubaev, patron of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region Konstantin Pop, Executive Director of the Association of international scholarship "Bolashak" Laura Demessinova.

Following the meeting, the Government was given a number of instructions to ensure the high-quality and effective implementation of the Road Map of the Rukhani Zhangyru program for 2021.

The Secretary of State also instructed to consider the proposals and recommendations of the National Commission, including the opening of the project office "History of the People", for writing a complete academic history of Kazakhstan, strengthening the theme of the special project" History in film and television", the development of tourism in the framework of the special project" Kieli Kazakhstan", the creation of a domestic Bank of inventors. Attention was also drawn to the need to provide high-quality cultural, educational and educational content, especially for children and young people.
