How to obtain permits for the use of land for survey work through the portal of "Electronic Government" www.egov.kz ?

The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Enbekshikazakh district for individuals and legal entities free of charge.

To obtain a permit for the use of a land plot for survey work, you must submit an application through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz (Portal).

List of required documents:

- electronic application;

- an electronic copy of the plan (scheme) of the survey site;

- an electronic copy of the task for performing survey work.

The term of rendering the state service is 10 working days.

The result of the provision of public services is the decision of the district akim to issue a permit for the use of the land plot for survey work or a reasoned refusal.

Work schedule:

Portal – around the clock, with the exception of technical interruptions due to renovations (at the address of service recipient after the end of working hours, weekends and holidays according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and article 5 of the Law on holidays of the application and issue of result of rendering the state service is carried out the next working day.
