The office of state revenue in the Enbekshikazakh district reports that, according to article 897 of the Code on administrative offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter- Of the administrative code) if the person to recognize the fact of the offense and agree to the payment of the fine on the basis of the notification and (or) notice of appearance on state revenues directed (handed) a state revenue authority in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall pay the fine within ten days from the day following the day of receipt (delivery) of notification or notice in the amount of fifty percent from the specified amount of the fine. The reduction of the amount of an administrative fine does not apply to administrative offenses provided for in Articles 91 (parts six, seven, and eight), 92 (parts two, three, and four), 92-1, 266, 275 (parts one, two, and five), 278 (parts two and three), 279 (Part one), 280, 282 (Part five), 537, 551 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
