How to get the service online

log In to the portal and click on the "Order service online" button.
Fill out the application and sign it with an EDS (electronic digital signature). Select the region, enter the IIN or last name, first name and date of birth of the child, and contact information.
In your personal account (in the "service receipt History" section») view the processed notification. To further track the queue, you can use the service "View the queue number for kindergarten".
In your personal account (in the "service receipt History" section») read the notification of approval of the referral to the DDO. Update the user's contact information if necessary.
If you agree to the referral in your personal account (in the "service history" section») get acquainted with the direction in the DDO.

NOTE: The maximum allowed size of attached documents should not exceed 5 MB

How to get a service from a government Agency or NAO " state Corporation "Government for citizens" (required documents):

application form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Rules;
birth certificate of the child (for identification);
identity document of the service recipient (one of the parents or legal representative (for identification);
certificate issued from the place of work of a serviceman or employee of special state bodies, certified by the signature of the authorized person and seal (if available) (valid for one month from the date of issue);
certificate from the teacher's place of work, signed by the head of the educational organization and stamped (valid for one month from the date of issue), scanned copy of the diploma;
conclusion of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation for children with special educational needs (if available);
conclusion of a phthisiologist;
documents confirming the possibility of receiving a priority referral to a preschool organization.

RESULT OF RENDERING THE SERVICE

Notification of Queuing (in any form) or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide a public service.
