Procedure for rendering the state service "placing on the waiting list of preschool children (up to 6 years) for referral to preschool organizations" in Avatsky rural district of Enbekshikazakh district

The state service is provided to individuals By the state institution "akim's Office Avarskogo rural district" for free.

List of required documents:

1) application form in accordance with the Annex to this standard of public services;

2) child's birth certificate (required for identification);
3) identity document of the service recipient (one of the parents or legal representatives (required for identification);
4) a document confirming the right to receive a priority place in a preschool organization (if available).

The right to receive a priority place is granted to:
1) Children whose legal representatives are disabled;
2) Children left without parental care;
3) orphaned children;
4) children from large families;
5) children of military personnel, including those who died, died or went missing during their service;
6) children of employees of special state bodies, including those who died, died or went missing during their service.

The result of the provision of public services is the issuance of a referral to a preschool organization, in the form according to this standard, in the absence of places in a preschool organization, a notification of placement on the queue with the indication of the queue number.
Public services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis without prior appointment and accelerated service;
