Procedure for rendering the state service "Providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas" in Karaturyk rural district of Enbekshikazakh district

The state service is provided by The state institution "Office of the akim of Karaturyk rural district" free of charge.

List of required documents:

1. application form in accordance with the Annex to this standard of public services;

2. original birth certificate or identity card of the service recipient;

3. a copy of the child's birth certificate or identity card;

4. certificate from the place of study in the form in accordance with the Annex to this standard of public services;

When accepting documents, the service provider's employee verifies copies of documents with the original documents of the service recipient and returns the original documents to the service recipient.

The result of the public service: certificate of free transportation to public utility institutions "secondary school by name A. Sattarova with preschool mini center", located in the village Karaturuk from the village of Lavar, Dostyk municipal state institution "secondary school named after sh with preschool mini center", located in the village of Ashchysay sat down with MTF and back home.

The state service is provided free of charge to individuals.

Public services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, without prior appointment or accelerated service.
