Procedure for rendering the state service "placing on the waiting list of preschool children (up to 7 years) for referral to preschool organizations" in Karaturyksky rural district of Еnbekshikazakhsky district

The state service is provided to individuals by the State institution "Office of the akim of Karaturyk rural district" free of charge.

List of required documents:

1) application form in accordance with the Annex to this standard of public services;

2) child's birth certificate (required for identification);
3) identity document of the service recipient (one of the parents or legal representatives (required for identification);
4) a document confirming the right to receive a priority place in a preschool organization (if available).

 

The right to receive a priority place is granted to:
1) children whose legal representatives are disabled;
2) children left without parental care;
3) orphaned children;
4) children from large families;
5) children of military personnel, including those who died, died or went missing during their service;
6) children of employees of special state bodies, including those who died, died or went missing during their service.

The result of rendering the state service are issuing directions to the children's preschool organization in the form according to the present standard, in the case of lack of places in preschool organizations, notification of the production queue with the number of priority.
The state service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis without prior appointment and accelerated service;
